Focusing on each person’s strengths and managing around weaknesses is the mantra of Strengths Coaching. Only some behaviors can be learned like skills and knowledge, certainly not all. Weakness fixing prevents failure, strengths building leads to success.

I offer coaching for individuals, managers and teams, based on their Dominant Talent Themes and/or all 34 Talent Themes, as a result of their CliftonStrengths Assessment.
